The Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Amazon Client Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their Amazon business thrives. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard, with the ultimate goal of driving client growth on Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Vendor Central.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, trusting relationships.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., advertising, content, and operations) to ensure timely delivery of client projects and tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow clients’ Amazon businesses, including optimising listings, managing advertising campaigns, and improving sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyse account performance metrics, providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon’s evolving platforms, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximise opportunities.
  • Handle client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service.

What You'll Need

  • Essential Experience: Proven experience working with Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Vendor Central, with a strong understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy and confidence using software, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for driving client success.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce trends and digital marketing is highly desirable.
